Crop Picture terms of use

Effective January 1, 2025. By accessing or using Crop Picture you agree to the following conditions. We keep legal language minimal so you can focus on shipping assets.

1. License. Crop Picture may be used for personal or commercial projects. You may distribute cropped outputs freely. Please do not resell the hosted product or present it as your own service.
2. Accounts. No account or login is required. Community participation via Telegram or Discord is optional and subject to those platforms’ rules.
3. Acceptable use. Do not upload unlawful material, attempt to interfere with the service, or harvest metadata about other users. Automating exports is fine provided it does not degrade reliability for others.
4. Liability. Crop Picture is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for any loss of data or damages arising from use. Always keep original files backed up offline.
5. Updates. We may change features, documentation, or these terms. Material changes are announced on the blog. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
